The ultimate objective of any project realizing in Kaliningrad oblast with the financial support of European Union - is the improvent of region's citizens living conditions. Adcap Project is not an exception because one of its subcomponents in the framework of e-Government development directly focuses on improvement of state e-services for citizens.
