The Kaliningrad Oblast (KO) e-services ZAGS portal developed with Adcap support became operational.
The Kaliningrad Oblast (KO) e-services ZAGS portal (www.zags.gov39.ru) became operational.
The C3 reached a very significant milestone by implementing first KO ZAGS portal e-service on June 17, 2009.
The Kaliningrad Oblast (KO) e-services ZAGS portal (www.zags.gov39.ru) became operational and KRG signed Acceptance Certificate (EU form) as accepting delivery of the system developed and implemented by Insoft (Moscow) according with the TOR Specifications prepared by ADCAP.
The new portal is open for all citizens and businesses of RF and provides multiple services related to this very important sphere of public life. The KO is one of the first regions of RF to provide such specter of services over the Internet.
The Acceptance procedures have take place in real environment with two Agencies’ branches linked to the portal. Also, it is very important that 15 ZAGS employees have been trained as a part of the Acceptance procedures. Taking care over feedback of this training as well as others concrete acceptance testing's comments and future maintenance will be performed by Insoft using remote access to the portal from Insoft HQ in Moscow. It should be specially noticed that the first e-services KO ZAGS portal is hosted by utilizing KRG new servers and other ICT equipment acquired through ADCAP ICT tender. The following e-services also will be using significantly improved KRG ICT facilites.
Of course, none of this can be done without constant thoughtful help from the KO ZAGS Agency (Mrs. I. Krasil’nikova), KRG IT Department (Mr. A. Arutunov, Mr. V. Grigoriev) and overall support of the KRG (Mr. A. Torba).
